Dizziness is really bad. ended up in a&e yesterday had full blood work and ct scan of brain, blood pressure sitting down and standing everything normal. im scared im dying would it show through blood test if something was seriously wrong with me?

What you say dizziness could be vertigo, a scary experience to most people when it's first happening. Please, do not panic, most cases are benign. If you are diagnosed with benign positional vertigo (BPV), head exercise, i.e. fighting against the symptoms, almost you are trained to become a pilot or a sailor, is the best treatment.
