It is common to have fibrocystic breasts or fibrocystic breast changes. Fibrosis & simple cysts do not increase your risk of developing breast cancer. However, complex cysts are associated with a small chance they may contain cancer or put you at increased risk of getting breast cancer. Some women report improvement in breast symptoms with avoidance of caffeine & other stimulants. Be well!
