2 days ago, i switched from prevacid otc 2x daily to pantoprazole 40mg every morning. my heartburn is really bad now, so i want to switch back to prevacid 2x daily. i just took pantoprazole around noon - can i take prevacid at midnight to switch over?

Yes, it would be fine to take Prevacid 12 hours after taking pantoprazole. Are you under the care of a GI doctor? Hopefully, your symptoms will improve with the Prevacid but, if not, see your GI doctor. Good luck to you!
