Not at the same time: The Gaviscon can reduce the effectiveness of the azithromycin. Take the Azithromycin 1st. Wait an hour or two before taking the gaviscon.

Just not together: They are ok, but should take the Azithromycin about an hour (or more) before or after using the Gaviscon to aid its absorption.
