Respected docs, i had creatinine was 1.06 two weeks ago urea 5, now creatinin is 0.94 urea is 4 but uric acid is 384 (borderline is 340). kidney screening is within normal ranges. what is the reason of creatinine fluctation.can it be begining of ckd?

Very unlikely: ALL medical tests fluctuate slightly - even when run on the same sample. 1.06 -> 0.94 is well within the margin of error for the test. Means nothing. (Why are you checking renal function so often?)

I am 49yrs.Before 14 days my GFR was 62, urea 5, now GFR is 72, urea is 4 but uric acid is 6.46mg/dl. My A1C is 5.8. Controled hypertention 125/80. Kidney screening normal ranges. Why is uric acid higher? Could this whole picture mean beginig of CKD?
