Neurologist: Consult a neurologist as the symptoms could indicate the presence of an slow growing but benign intracranial growth called an acoustic neuroma. However, since you don't have hearing loss or vertigo, it could be something else. The paradoxical pattern of right eyelid closure is most likely due to facial nerve injury when the Bell's palsy offered. The neurologist can also advise you about this.
