All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

Labs have to always be interpreted in clinical context and in dynamics as they may vary due to acute or chronic conditions. Your BUN is likely normal and WBC borderline low to low normal as for many labs the lower normal value may be as low as 3.4. If having symptoms follow up until resolving is recommended.
