my heart rate is as low as 42 near sleep. usually in 50s or high 40s at rest. not athlete. increases with exercise . should i be worried?

Athletic heart: Since you are concerned about this condition, I would consult your family doctor to make sure everything is OK with your heart. There are some painless tests that he/she can run to determine if there are any problems.
