Yes, return to your doctor. If not yet done, you need a urine culture and sensitivity -- i.e. to identify the exact bacteria responsible and which antibiotic(s) will be most effective against it. Macrobid is often used, but isn't always effective; it's usually just a guess as to the best antibiotic. Keep working with your doctor on this. Good luck.
