Keep in mind-none of the COVID-19 vaccines have been licensed for use. They are used under Emergency Use Authorization. People currently being vaccinated are part of phase 3 trials, but they don't have the protections granted to those formally enrolled in medical trials. There have been 2800 adverse events reported for the J&J vaccine to date. It will take years to know long-term effects.
