Can claritin help with anxiety? or do i have to buy something else? if i have to buy something else could you tell me what options i have that are cheap? thank you?

Claritin is an Antihistamine but it’s not been associated with helping reduce anxiety some Anti histamines like Vistaril have been associated with that but it’s a prescription

Antihistamines can make you sleepy which may help indirectly with anxiety. It would be preferable to try to address the underlying causes of your anxiety. There are many ways to treat anxiety that are free: mindfulness, mediation, yoga, breathing exercises, physical activity, etc.
