Depends on symptoms: Claritin (loratadine) , a second generation antihistamine has the advantage of not developing tolerance (need to take more to get the same desired effect over time). Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is first generation antihistamine, can develop tolerance, can have more side effects as sedation, which can help anxiety. You may want to start with Claritin, only 1/day if no help, see your doctor, goodluck
