About 24 hours: Decongestants like the 'D' in this version of Claritin (loratadine) can have side effects like restlessness, increased heart rate and blood pressure. It's an extended release formula which helps it last 24 hrs. After that 24hrs, the last bit of the D to be released should be pretty much out of your system within another 24hrs. If having prolonged or worrisome symptoms, seek medical care.
