I am taking cymbalta for anxiety. my sinuses are draining and its driving me crazy. what can i take for this? i take claritin also once a day. can i use afrin nasal spray? saline spray doesnt help at all?

If you think the post nasal drip is a side effect of cymbalta, it's better to change the med for anxiety than to use medication(s) for controlling the side effect. Afrin spray should not be used.
