My left breast enlarged a few months ago, then there were pores with hair on both breasts and now red dots appear on both of them as well. i don't feel any pain or itching. is that a sign for ibc? should i be concerned?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described does not suggest cancer of any kind. It would be prudent to see a doctor to reassure yourself. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
