Had appendectomy on 31st ive recovered from all surgical pain havent had but only 3-4 bowl movements since surgery my stomach hurts right under the ribs,my lower back on right and left side aches,inside pain & new incision pain,sweating 99.7 fever?

I agree that you should be examined by your surgeon ASAP. In view of fever,sweats,&abdominal pain, complications such as an abscess,wound infection,leakage at operative site are possibilities.
