Highly Unlikely: It is quite common to do laparoscopic surgery on people with your prior operations. We take appropriate safety measures to try & anticipate the extent and location of your scar tissue; it rarely interferes with our operation to the point where open surgery would be necessary. Of course, results vary based on the experience of your surgeon--ask them their "conversion rate". Good luck!

Unlikely: Hopefully all of your scar tissue is lower abdomen, the gallbladder is in the right upper abdomen under the rib edge. May need extra care getting your laparoscopy started, but your prior operations should not prevent you from having a laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
