If total protein is high, globulin is also high. If globulin is persistently high alone, we may suspect some problem with liver or some other conditions. We use the ratio A/G (albumin/globulin), normally above 1.2, if this ration is persistently less than 1, it is abnormal and there is an underlying problem. Nucleated red cell could be high after a significant blood loss or technical lab error.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, both the results are abnormal. It is not likely to be a Lab error. Talk to your doctor. Wish you good health!
