Mild anemia: Without your complete CBC and history, the eosinophils along with anemia paints a picture either of chronic infection,parasitism, or drug reaction with eosinophilia. Hence, with limited data, we can have limited answers. Or it could be entirely off by a wide margin. So do tell more and take care.
