You misunderstand some aspects of HIV elite controllers. Almost all have positive results with standard tests. Elite control has to do mostly with slow progression of immune deficiency, not difficulties in diagnosis. And the average risk of HIV after a single episode of unprotected vaginal sex is only 1 in 2,500 even with a known HIV infected partner. Clearly you do not have HIV. Stop testing.

If a year after exposure there is no evidence of antibody or HIV viral nucleic acid, as your tests indicate, you do not have HIV infection. There may be an alternative explanation for your symptoms. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation.
