Many joint diseases can cause polyarthralgia (pain in many joints) such as systemic lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc... and each disease has some characteristic joint features as well as specific blood tests for the diagnosis. If you do not have a satisfied answer or treatment, you can request to see a rheumatologist (a medical doctor specialized in joint disease) and it needs to be done.
