How likely will wheat dairy and egg cause anaphylaxis in an adult? or is it more gi problems?

Rare: Very few people will react to these. Lactose intolerance is a problem for some. Most people who think they are allergic to, or intolerant of, any food fail to react when taking it blindly. Anaphylaxis is rare.
