Do papular eczema bumps normally contain fluid if looked at under a bright light? i have bumps similar to dyshidrotic eczema, but its on the external part of the elbow. 2 dermatologists have diagnosed it as eczema?

If you have seen dermatologists and they told you what it is, why not try prescribed treatment and see if it helps. Eczema sometimes could be on the extensor aspect rather than the flexures sometimes.
