Dr. says i have papular eczema. i have the rash with bumps and intense itch. the strange thing is that i have it in my arm and legs. not my torso.

Eczema: Nobody presents exactly as the textbook says. Medicine is more detective work than not, so i would follow the recommendations of the doctor. Add an oral antihistamine if this was not recommended in addition to the topical therapy.
