Need to examine: How long have you been using the cream? If you have used it for a week without improvement, it would be prudent to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

If it has not responded in two months you may wish to see a different doctor. There may be need to biopsy the lesion or prescribe a different medication.

Eczema: You may need a stronger topical steroid like clobetasol. You may need a biopsy of the lesion to make sure it is eczema.
