It means you need to discuss with the Dr who ordered the tests, knows you and you meds. We do not.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your CRP and sed rate indicate inflammation. None of the information you provided suggests cancer, nor does it exclude it. Wish you good health!
