HDL of 46 is ok but women ideally best if over 50 (aerobic exercise can raise it), but the low LDL is good & triglycerides OK. Sed rate of 71 indicates inflammation (usually would not be this high with just osteoarthritis) in body but not specific for where, & further testing for autoimmune disease or infection is a good idea. The hsCRP is a little high & could mean cardiac risk

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your CRP and sed rate indicate inflammation. None of the information you provided suggests cancer, nor does it exclude it. Wish you good health!
