Cholesterol. : With these numbers, your LDL cholesterol is too high and your HDL cholesterol is too low; both of these issues can put you at risk for heart and vascular disease. Regular cardiovascular exercise along with a heart healthy meal plan should help both of these issues. Triglycerides are fine.
