I have noticed when i eat sweets my urine smells sweet after. is this normal? i did have a normal hba but i had been dieting a couple of months prior. im currently being investigated for sjorgens symptoms are dry hba1c % (dcct) 5.10% no range given?

all carbohydrates including sweets raise blood sugar. sweet smell occurs due to many reasons including acetone keto-acidosis and taking maple sugar. If it persists have urine checked and see your MD or Urologist
