What do you suggest if my test says hba1c 11.76 and spot urine microalbumin 76. blood sugar pp 335. what does it mean?

Poor control!: Hi. Those numbers mean you're in really poor control and the diabetes (and probably blood pressure) may have already done some early kidney damage. Get your diabetes (and blood pressure and lipids) in tight control to prevent or delay REALLY BAD outcomes! It's the best time in history for treating diabetes! Don't lose the opportunity to save eyes, kidneys, feet, heart, etc. And see an eye doctor!
