Thrush: Nystatin is safe to give. I would give the vit d 1 hour after nystatin. Was the baby prescribed vit d? Young infants should not need vit d and you should consult your pediatrician if not prescribed to be sure the dose is safe.

Concern: ALL medications and supplements should be discussed with your Pediatrician. Most children do not need vitamin supplements. And if required, amount must be very carefully titrated. If both were prescribed, give them at least 1 hour apart. And remember, 1st Dental Examination at eruption of 1st baby tooth, but not later than 1st b'day. Recommend your child see a specialist Pedodontist.
