A scratch on the cornea will irritate your eye a lot, not just feeling light pressure. Do not worry, observe the symptom for now, cornea scratching usually occurs during an accident, I doubt if you injure it without knowledge. If symptom get worse in the next 24 hours, see an eye doctor (ophthalmologist) not an optometrist.

"Light pressure" might be as simple as dry eyes. Try an artificial tear or lubricating drop. If that improves your symptoms, great. If not see an ophthalmologist to rule out other causes but a corneal abrasion (scratch) usually presents differently. Obviously, if this is associated with a loss of vision, see an ophthalmologist immediately
