Appears you have secondary post-traumatic headaches from the trauma. Concussion is an acute event which occurs at the time of the head injury. Blood pressure elevation occurs when there is an associated brain injury resulting in edema and increased intracranial pressure. A modest increase in BP will not cause headaches on its own. Complex, so, see your doctor.
