Maybe: Your eye should not be tender with light pressure. You may have inflammation like an episcleritis or scleritis which is painful to touch. Also, severe dry eye can cause pain as well. If your eyes are red or irritated or your are light sensitive it's a good idea to be examined by your opthalmologist.
