Is it okay to get a tattoo over a (superficial) strawberry birthmark? since i'm older all that's left is some weird skin and probably some veins underneath the surface of this skin. would there be any risks associated with getting this area tattooed?

A "strawberry birthmark" is a congenital lesion of the skin, which has complex blood vessels within its dimensions. See a dermatologist for guidance, as it may be preferable to remove the lesion intact, albeit with a scar, but less cosmetically visible than the original birthmark.
