Could a punctate nonobstruct lt renal 3mm stone cause referred pain to lower quad under the belly button, over multiple years? pain never really went away after passing multiple rt kidney stones. gallbladder out. pcp can't diagnose cause pain?

A 3 mm stone only causes renal colic when it moves and it should pass out eventually within hours, and it is for sure not causing that chronic pain.

Pl see another MD if PCP cant help. And stay under care of a Urologist about the stone
