Kidney stones: It's likely that some stones or fragments lodged in your urinary bladder. If a urine culture doesn't show infection, it would point to stone problems within the bladder as a cause of the pain. A urologist should be involved in your care. Drink plenty of fluids and strain all urine with a handkerchief so that any stone retrieved can be analyzed.
