Very rare complications of this sort should not dissuade the jab. Has been noted more with J&J variety but here also very rare event. Better to prevent than take your chances

Minimal. Emerging data suggests those who are affected have a transient case & if they were they to have wild covid it would also occur and be multiple times worse.
