Is no suspicious findings on mrcp causing pancreatic duct dilatation & common bile duct dilation a warranted "nothing to worry about" or should further testing be needed?

Unexplained findings remain subject to further workup either immediate or staggered in time. It sounds like the MRCP was non diagnostic in your case, the common bile and pancreatic duct dilatation remain unexplained and your gastroenterologist should be able to explain what is the plan going forward in proper clinical context.
