Yes: I would think that excludes pancreas problems. Left upper quadrant pain is usually related to stomach, spleen, or very commonly-difficulty with stool getting around the splenic flexure of the colon. Lookup "splenic flexure syndrome" on the internet

Just had mrcp with MRI of pancreas area. Would this show an enlarged spleen? Ct done 6 months ago reported it was fine.
