Yes: I would think that excludes pancreas problems. Left upper quadrant pain is usually related to stomach, spleen, or very commonly-difficulty with stool getting around the splenic flexure of the colon. Lookup "splenic flexure syndrome" on the internet

I know an MRCP is used to look at pancreas, bile ducts, gallbladder and liver. Would it also show the spleen?
Severe pain,swelling and sudden weight gain had ct then mrcp both showed enlarged gallbladder and dilated common bile duct but nonspecific,poss causes?
Floating stools sent me to gastro. Fecal fat high 13g/24 hrs but fecal elastase >500. Lost 5 pounds. 2 mris with contrast and Mrcp reveal normal pancreas and normal caliber of duct. Should I worry about Pancreatic cancer as cause of high fecal fat?
Is no suspicious findings on MRCP causing pancreatic duct dilatation & common bile duct dilation a warranted "nothing to worry about" or should further testing be needed?
Just had mrcp with MRI of pancreas area. Would this show an enlarged spleen? Ct done 6 months ago reported it was fine.
