If you were symptomatic with the infection, chance of developing antibody is higher with the infection than vaccination because of your age. However, the immune response is much lower than younger people. If possible, request a blood test for neutralizing antibody after 1 month and if it is positive, you can have the vaccination in 3 months; if not, you should have the full vaccination ASAP.
