A few things: I assume that you see well and eye dr has checked your vision. You might not be sleeping well (see my answers about "sleep hygiene"). I his also assume you are not trying to study in bed; take no meds that can be a factor, and your general health has been checked. You should eat healthy and sleep properly. See a dr. Anyway, just in case. A sleep study is one way to check if your sleep is normal.
