Did you take Covid vaccine? If you have not, take it without delay and you would then be at minimal risk of getting the infection. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

High risk. You need an N-95 mask and an acrylic barrier between you and the speaking client. (Face shield or acrylic barrier between you and patient). Also 6’ distance. Also, more expensive but also helpful, positive air pressure where you sit blowing OUT into patients waiting area. The more layers of protection you have, the safer you are.
