Disk l5s1 problem(probably disk herniation) from xray, spinal stenosis and straightening. took 8 days arcoxia and neorgesic. little improvement but still have pain. it didnt go away? shoyld i worry about it? what can i do?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor,preferably a spine surgeon. Wish you good health!

Follow up with your doc would be needed. Usually physical therapy is needed as well. If pain worsens or persists another imaging test such an MRI may be needed to secure a diagnosis.
