Difficulty in breathing when exercising at high heart rates is not necessarily abnormal . Your heart rate during exercise appears to exceed recommended rates. The fact that you have had such symptoms for "years" suggests no significant underlying problem. I would urge you however to have this checked out. Counting the heart rate during vigorous exercise can be dificult. Hope you follow through.

An EKG 12 lead post COVID 19 if there is a concern is recommended. If your breathing is not an issue, a post COVID 19 Pulmonary condition is unlikely. Please follow up with your physician.

Your resting heart rate between 90-100 doesn’t concern me at all. You have a good exercise capacity and implies you have a normal heart function as well. Some people tend to have slightly higher resting heart rates. Would recommend exercising more frequently, hydrating well, consume more balanced diet and keep your BMI in normal range. You may also want to check thyroid and hemoglobin levels.
