You most likely have epididymal Hypertension. From get aroused but not ejaculating. Slang term is Blue Balls. But in your case most likely Blue Ball.

If there is good circulation to your testicle then there is nothing wrong. You cant directly feel the testicle as there is skin in between so the testicle is not cold. Try not squeezing the testicle and wear a scrotal support. You will be fine.

Had severe pain in right testicle. and pain went away on it's own. No sensation even when squeezed it. Ultrasound,power doppler was normal. Dr. says it was viable intraoperatively. No erections as I got only one testicle. Why testis loss sensation?
