31/M- Ecgs always show RBBB related changes (especially at fast heart rate). Stress echo done 6 months back normal. In 2016, perfusion + tmt - normal. In 2011 (age-21), angiography normal. Anxiety + chest itichness+ soreness (most of the day).Help?
Do i need to worry about sca with a normal cardiac workup( ekg, echo, stress, chest xray and CT scan)? Blood work overall normal, scared/high anxiety?!
Good afternoon doctors. I had a cardiac EKG and cardiac echo which were both normal. I had a nuclear stress test last December which was also good. Occasionally I still get mild chest pains....what might be causing these? Should I be going to the ER?
Does normal ECHO and cardiac enzymes rule out endocarditis and myocarditis and normal EKG rule out pericarditis ?
