I was released from the hospital last night with mild myocarditis. everything looked good. coronary angiography and echo was good. i woke up last night twice with night sweats and some nausea. ive hardly slept in two days. anxiety and stress related?

You have mild myocarditis based on your tests. No matter which virus was responsible for your myocarditis, and there are quite a few, you can have worsening, and if you can't sleep , that's enough distress to notify your cardiologist.

Rather infection related with anxiety contributing as well. Stay well hydrated, if chills and/or fever persists, see your doc in follow up. Medicating with acetaminophen at night may help as well.
