I've had normal stress echo normal coronary cta and completely normal coronary angiography can i be 100 percent sure i don't have cad?

Yes: The gold standard to check for coronary artery blockages is the coronary angiogram and yours apparently showed clean coronary arteries as did your calcium score. However these tests did not rule out spasm of coronary arteries which can also cause chest pain. The prognosis for that disorder is good,however.
