On lexapro 5mg 3 days, 4th day day taken off lexapro because of bad reaction. now 4 days off it. i'm feeling dizzy and off balance. also have had a minor ear canal injury that bled 2 weeks ago. could this withdrawal or a ear problem?

Would favor ear problem, specifically in the presence of recent ear bleeding versus a different related or unrelated condition with lexapro withdrawal least likely, given dose and duration of treatment. Make sure you see your doc in follow up after above changes as to clarify and receive proper treatment.
