Depends: SSRI withdrawal severity is usually with respect to rapidity of taper. The symptoms can last for several weeks, but can be less severe with a slower taper. If you feel like this is too much of a withdrawal, sometimes switching doses every other day (e.g. 20mg every other day alternating with 10mg) for 1 week then 10mg for 1 week, then continue... can mitigate severity of withdrawal.
